Cork City FC’s Youth Team of 2010-11 was awarded the overall prize at the Cork City & County Youth Sports Awards at Gresham Metropole Hotel on Saturday night.
The club received the Cork City & County Youth Sports Award in June 2011 for their work with the Youth Team who had won the FAI Youth Cup in May, and were announced on Saturday as the overall winner from the 12 monthly winners.
Paul Bowdren and Stuart Ashton accepted the award on behalf of the team.
